She was predeceased by: her father Keith Cook; and her husband William C. Cook. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Nelson (Fisher) of Clinton; her daughters, Christina McBurney of Winterset and Cherie Flint (Keenan) of Hiawatha; her grandchildren, Dylan, Dietrich, Maleigha and Merissa Parry (Colin); her great grandchild Raelynn Parry; her siblings, Ida Jane Howson (Paul) and Greg Nelson (Cathy) of Camanche; and her son Chad Thomas Cook.
