Metzger of Waverly, Iowa, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Louis and Hazel Ella Margaret Reinke (Treptow); her husband Roger W. Metzger; and her grandchildren, William and Ashleigh.
She is survived by: her children, William Metzger (Deb) of Cedar Falls, Douglas Metzger (Tammy) of Norwalk, Iowa and Sherri Boomgarden (Mike) of Waverly, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Ruth Metzger of Milwaukee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
