It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Esau Dose Jr. (Waverly, Iowa), born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Dose and Ruth Dose (McCoy); and his brothers, Joseph and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bradley of Waverly; his children, Ruth Ann Dewey (Kate Brendler) of Baltimore, Lynn Dose of Lake Mills, Jane Miller (Curt) of Mequon, Christine Spratt (Tim) of Waverly and John Dose (Svetlana) of DePere, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Alexandra Jane Miller, Erica Lynn Miller, Emilie Ann Spratt, John Alexander Dose and Leo Alexander Dose; and his sister-in-law Sandy Dose of Brookings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Schools or Cedar Valley Hospice.
