She was predeceased by: her parents, K. V. Christiansen and Alice Christiansen (Jensen). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Darrel Gerrietts of Saviour's Lutheran Church; her children, Jennifer Gerrietts-Masters (Timothy), Anne Gerrietts, Rev. Dan Gerrietts (Molly) and Christa Olson (Mike); and her brothers, Ken Christiansen (Diane) and Keith Christiansen (Rosalee). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (2001 W Bremer Ave, Waverly, IA 50677).
