He is survived by: his children, James Billman (Raea) of Waverly, Tammy Cameron of Waverly, Todd Billman (Connie) of Waverly, Tina Steere (Shawn) of Des Moines and Cindy Sayegh (Rob) of California; and his sisters, Janet Ingold of California, Claudia Cameron of Washington and Debbie Ashcraft of Washington. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
