He is survived by: his wife Dixie Brown; his children, James Richard of Waverly, Joan Litterer (Mike) of Cedar Falls and Jane Lynch of Baton Rouge, LA; his grandchildren, Justin Litterer (Abby), Andrew Litterer (Megan), Ashlee Kreider (Zach), Lindsay Duke (Philip) and Nicole Rivere; his great grandchildren, Molly, Delaney, Gracie Litterer, Allie, Jameson Duke, Jolie and Kolbie Rivere; his siblings, Mary Anne Dietz of Farmington, MN, Elizabeth Lynch of Minneapolis, MN. and Richard Lynch (Joanne); and his brother-in-law Eugene Dietz.
