He was predeceased by: his parent Annie Moore; his sisters, Annetta Boyd and Catherine Anderson; and his niece Laquetta Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Heather Huffman of Waverly; his children, Camry Moore of Waverly and Trinidee Moore of Waverly; and his siblings, Rosa Wilder of Waterloo, Percy Moore of Cedar Rapids, Darryl Moore (Debra) of Bondurant and William Moore (Lisa) of Harbor City, California..

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Heath's family for later designation.
