He was predeceased by: his parents, August Wille and Dora Wille (Kirchhoff); his wife Gladyce; his siblings, Anna, Elizabeth, Dora, Michael, August, Julius, Ernest, Richard and Raymond; and his son-in-law Steve Schissel.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Della Kobliska; his grandchildren, Rodney Kobliska (Kelly), Rachael Allison (Jon), Ryan Schissel (Denise), Brandon Schissel, Amanda Dettmer and Leigh Conklin (James); and also Lee Schissel (Laurie). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church (540 E Franklin St, Denver, IA 50622).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church of Denver or Cedar Valley Hospice.
