It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenda Shirley Timmer (Waverly, Iowa), who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gunnar Landsgaard and Selma Landsgaard (Knudtson); her sister Virginia; and her brother-in-law James Luster (Pete Timmer). She is survived by: her husband Pete Timmer; her goddaughters, Melissa and Sarah Smith; her daughter Randi Jo Timmer of Allison; and her granddaughters, Kjersti Snyder (Kian Underwood) of Fairdale, ND and Ambjor Snyder of Goodridge, MN..

Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Norway Lutheran Church.

Memorials may be directed toward the family for a later designation.
