It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Agnes Boeckmann of Waverly, Iowa, born in Bremer, Iowa, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Sebilsky and Eva Sebilsky (Sieling); and her sisters, Mary Ruth Oberheau and Marguerite Kreger (Merlin). She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Boeckmann (Suzanne) of Dubuque, Michael Boeckmann (Kristi) of San Antonio, Texas and Barry Boeckmann of Tripoli; her grandchildren, Ryan and Neal Boeckmann; her sons, Mackenzie Dahl-Lacroix (Dominic) and Whitney Reina (Roy); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Hayden and Hogan Boeckmann; and her great great grandchild Evie Dahl-Lacroix.
