She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Luitjens and Susie Luitjens (Dean); her husband Vancil; and her children, Deanne Renee, Nancy and Vancil Noel Jr..
She is survived by: her son Terry Noel (Janet) of Waverly; and her daughter-in-law Donna Noel of Waverly. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren.
