She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Dally and Minnie Dally (Oakley); her husband Edward F. Chezik; and her siblings, Laurene Gillen, Leland Dally, Dale Dally and Wayne Dally.
She is survived by: her children, Lynette Hayes (Jeff), Janet Megilligan (Brian) of Raleigh and Kenneth Chezik (Toni) of Gallatin, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Austin, Lindsey and Reece Megilligan; and her sister Elinor DeBar of Waterloo.
