She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hobert and Lulu Hobert; her son Michael H. Swinton; her husband Donald R. Swinton; her grandson Andrew Swinton; and her siblings, Phyllis Hobert and Bob Hobert.
She is survived by: her sons, Clair Edward Bennett (Lianne) of Whittier, Mark Swinton of Waverly and Jan Swinton of Fallbrook; and her grandchildren, Dr. Erin Bennett, Christopher Bennett, Stephanie Staab (Randy) and Jason Swinton. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
