With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Lou Hoins of Waverly, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Fangmeyer and Adena Fangmeyer (Fintel); her husband Hubert Hoins; her siblings, Marlis and Willis Fangmeyer; and her brother-in-law Gordon Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Holtzen (Dale) of Davenport, Nebraska, Kevin Hoins (Barbie) of Trumbull, Nebraska, Russell Hoins (Denise) of Hawkeye, Iowa, Gerald Hoins of Hastings, Nebraska, Gregg Hoins (Kristine) of Waterville, Iowa and Joleen Sorenson (Dave); and her sister Marlene Powell of Grand Island, Nebraska.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
