He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Ghormley and Mary Ghormley (Hall); his wife Dixie; and his sister Kate Knapp. He is survived by: his former wives, Janet Bradley and Barbara Ranson; his daughters, Lynia Ghormley (Greg Huff) of Colfax, Erin Ghormley-Austad (Bjorge) of Oslo and Lisa DuWell (Bill) of Mineral Point, Wisconsin; his stepsons, Mark Brandt (Jeannie) and David Brandt (Linda) of Merritt Island, Florida; his grandchildren, Frank DuWell, Minken, Rebecca Austad, Alexander and Benjamin Huff; his stepgrandchildren, Chad Brandt, Brittany Rihn, Heather, Skyler, Ryan Brandt, Season Collins, Tyler Koch (Annie) and Tiffany Raetz; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Athena Levad, Taylor Collins, Alexander, Juliette Koch, Hayden and Isabella Hice; and his siblings, Ruth Smith of Cape Fair and Hugh Ghormley of Des Moines.
