She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hecox and Marilyn Hecox (Reed); her husband John Coleman; and her brother George. She is survived by: her son Sean Coleman (Jennifer) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Arya, Matthew and Gwenyth Coleman; and her sister Candice Lange of Georgia.
