He is survived by: his children, Kellys, Richard Kelly (Linda) of Camdenton, MO, Ron Kelly (Debra) of New Bern, NC and Janet Poppe (Larry) of Plainfield, IA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
