She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Scott and Edrie Valerie Hill (Scott); and her siblings, Norma Briner, Leonard Hill, Wanetta Lillibridge, Helen Thompson, Myrtle Moeller, Shirley Jarchow and Pauline Hill.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Kollenkark of Andew's Church; her children, Jeanmarie Kollenkark of Oregon and Scott Kollenkark (Linda) of Waverly; her grandson Cole Kollenkark (Vicki) of Adel; and her sister Mary Ellen Lee (Martin). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
