She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Nolte and Ida Nolte (Schroeder) of Sheffield; her husband Harry C. Hummel of Allison; her siblings, David Nolte, Helene Denker, Chuck Nolte and Patsy Nolte; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Nolte.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Davis Sauerbrei (Woody) of Waverly and Kevin Hummel (Patty) of Allison; her grandchildren, Bryan Davis of Coralville, Alyssa Davis of Des Moines, Chris Davis (Alyssa) of Pella, Derek Hummel (Mystie) of Allison and April Barnett (Phil) of Clarksville; her great grandchildren, Hendrix and Ember Cheryl Davis of Pella; her grandchildren, Tommy, Harley, Wally, Frankie Barnett of Clarksville, Savannah, Jackson and Lorelai Hummel of Allison; her siblings, Anite Geer (Don) of Clive, Vicki Anderson (Russ) of Belmond and Bill Nolte of Sheffield; and her siblings-in-law, Wilmer Denker of Muscatine and Judy Nolte of Sheffield.
