He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard, Earl Jr. and Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Jeff of Prescott, Arizona; his brother James (Vicki) of Elk River, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Simpson, Dennis Hankes (Linda) and David Hankes (Margaret).
