He was predeceased by: his parents, Christina Mae (Nash) and Anson Leaman Phillips; his sisters, Frances Spargur and Yvonne Cubbage; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Stubbe and Eldon Fink.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Stubbe; his children, Sheryl Bykowski (George) of Lone Tree, Alan Phillips (Maria) of Waverly and Shelley Phillips of Coeur; and his grandchildren, Kelly Bykowski of Lone Tree, Allison Pratt (Zach) of Clive and Katherine Keitel (Louis) of Clive, Iowa..
