He is survived by: his mother Sandra Rae Miller (Ackerman); his wife Shannon Escobar; his father Donald Miller; his sister Amber Grantham (Jeremy); his niece Peighton Grantham; his nephew Bolton Grantham; his grandmother Marlene Miller; and his mother-in-law Karla Martin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
