He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter William, Sr. and Luella Elizabeth Bieber (Leppert); his wife Marsha; his brothers, Peter Bieber, Jr. (Lillian) and Richard Bieber; his sister-in-law Julie Bieber; and his nephews, Nathan and Daniel Bieber.
He is survived by: his children, Brian of Waukon, Lisa Hagen (Erik) of Waterville, IA and Jeff (Elisabeth) of Parkersburg, IA; his grandchildren, Michael, Katherine, Hannah, Mark Hagen, Elliot and Elise Bieber; his brother Jim Bieber (Sue) of Waukon; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Bieber of Waukon, Dianne Long of Decorah, IA, Janice Peterson (Paul) of Pardeeville, WI and Dale Moen of Decatur, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
