He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Johnson and Esther Johnson (Iseli); his stepmother Marie Johnson; his stepsister Theresa Leikvold; his parents-in-law, John and Ermine Boyd; and his brother-in-law Bill Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Boyd of Waukon; his children, Kristy Bollman (Don) of Waterville, IA, Kevin Johnson (Cindy) of Waukon and Michael Johnson of Abbottsford, WI; his grandchildren, Jason Bollman, Casey Moen (Brad), Cody Bollman, Jake Bollman, Sierra and Brent Johnson; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Lauryn Howard, Brooklyn Moen, Danielle, Hunter and Karter Bollman; his stepgrandchildren, Abbie Gregory and Amber Udelhoven; his stepgreat-grandsons, Brad and Blake Gregory; and his stepsiblings, Kathleen Saewert of Boyd, WI, Peggy Slaughter of Waukon, Pam Croyle of Waukon and John Kelly of Spring Grove, IL. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
