He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Engrav and Mildred Engrav (Dahly); his daughter Patty Thornton; his daughter-in-law Mary Engrav; his grandson Kevin Bulman; his stepfathers, Art Snitker and Clarence Carroll; and his brother Francis Engrav.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Engrav of Waukon; his children, Rhonda Bahr (David) of Waukon, Colleen Wicks of Waukon, Steve Engrav (Kathy Fahey) of Waukon and Robert Engrav (Mikki) of Batesville, AR; his son-in-law Jeff Thornton of Columbia, TN; his brothers, Roger Engrav of St. Louis, MO, Richard Engrav (Edna) of Copperas Cove, TX and Curtis Snitker of Lansing, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Selin of Viroqua, WI, Diane Amann of Winona, MN, Ronnie Amann of Viroqua, WI and Ronald Tollackson of Westby, WI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
