He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Collins and Marcella Collins (Hammel); and his brother-in-law Gary Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, James Collins (Wanda) of Knoxville, IA, Mary Johnson of Waukon and John L. Collins (Von) of Waukon; and his nieces and nephews, Kristine Schwartzhoff (Pat), Gary M. Johnson (Jenny), Steven Johnson (Amy), Karen Cota (Brian), Amy McCormick (Ian), Sarah Collins (Kelly Pearson), Jason Collins (Jenna Rosendahl), Pat Collins of Knoxville, IA and Marcella Collins of Knoxville, IA. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
