Ruby Faye Rathbun Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruby Faye Rathbun of Waukon, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby Faye Rathbun to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse William and Flavia Bush (Wesner); her husband Kenneth Rathbun; and her sisters, Arlene Thompson and Cathy Nice.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Rathbun of Louisiana, Sharon Klingeman (Mark) of Monona, Ralph Rathbun (Julie Ameling) of Harpers Ferry, Paula Rathbun of Harpers Ferry and Kenneth Rathbun (Kerry) of Prairie du Chien, WI. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (480 Diagonal St, Lansing, IA 52151). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Waterville Ambulance or LIFT Food Pantry in Lansing.
