He is survived by: his wife Loretta Peters; his daughter Dawn Elizabeth (Bill Saewert) of Waukon; his grandchildren, Alicia (John Budweg) of Ridgeway, IA and Christian of Waukon; his brother Rick Roese (Mary Lee) of Elizabeth City, NC; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Roese of Pomeroy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
