Robert Kolsrud Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Kolsrud of Waukon, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmer Kolsrud and Emma Kolsrud (Busness); his parents-in-law, Charlotte and Eilert Thorstenson; his stepgrandson Jared Mahr; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne, Dean, David Thortstenson and Ronda Thorstenson.

He is survived by: his wife Eunice of Waukon; his children, Carlyle (Kim) of Grantsburg, WI, Richard (Rose) of Waukon, Clark (Myrna) of Waukon and Kelly Mahr (Gary) of Waukon; his grandchildren, Ryan (Selina), Preston Kolsrud (Teri), Michelle Paul (Don), Stacy Traxler (Mark), Ashley Kolsrud, Kari Burke (Andy), Amy Alexander (Landon), Jordan Butteris (Chance) and Madison Reiser; his stepgranddaughter April Brown (Tyler); his daughter-in-law Mary Kolsrud of Minnesota; and his sisters-in-law, Karla Honn of Waukon, Juanita Thorstenson of Waukon and Linda Thorstenson of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
