He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Bulman and Helga Bulman (Sadler); his former wife Shirley Weymiller; his son-in-law David Dobbs; his great grandchildren, Poppy Stevens and River Carver-Dobbs; his siblings, Lois Wiedenmann, Delbert, Loren and Dean Bulman; and his siblings-in-law, Neil Wiedenmann, Eloise and Margaret Bulman.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bulman (Clark) of Waukon, IA; his children, Doug Bulman (LeeAnn) of Oelwein, IA, Dan Bulman (Barb) of La Crescent, MN, Jody Stoltman (Lee) of Winona, MN, Jeanne Dobbs of Wasioja, MN, John Bulman (Jodi) of Zumbro Falls, MN and Lynne Burke (John) of Burnsville, MN; his stepchildren, Doug Clark (Sue), Joel Clark (Sue) of Huntsville, AL, Sue Clark of Waukon, Thea Thies (Don) of Waukon and Shelly Gearhart (Steve) of Cedar Falls, IA; his sisters-in-law, Grace Bulman and Nancy Collins (Tom); his grandchildren, Holly Bezy, Taylor Burke, Brooke Burkhulter, Alissa Chandler, Jennifer Dobbs, Sammantha Miller, April Stevens, Emilie Volkman, Ashley Walden, Abby Welsh, Megan Wiltgen, Chad, Drew, Isaac Bulman, Jake, Sam Wiltgen, Luke, Matt Dobbs, Zachary, Coleton and Carson Burke; and also, Ron Weymiller (Lois) and Donald Weymiller. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
Wearing of masks and social distancing is required.
