He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Curtin and Eleanor Curtin (Casey). He is survived by: his wife Kate of Waukon; his children, Todd of Waukon, Tina Parizek (Myron) of Walford, IA, Tammy Troendle (Kerry) of Waukon, Travis Curtin (Mindy) of Oxford, IA and Trampes Curtin (Lisa) of Waukon; his grandchildren, Keegan (Natalie), Konner (Lauren), Katie Parizek, Shayla, Seth Troendle (Alex), Shelby Richards (David), Brooklyn, Tanner, Sloane, Maycie, Graine and Ridge Curtin; his children, Abbi, Killian Troendle and Baby Parizek; and his siblings, Mary Curtin, Den Curtin (Vickie) and Reg Curtin (Cindy).
