He is survived by: his wife Kathy Greentree of Postville, IA; his children, Lisa Miner (Mike) of Kaysville, UT, Melodee Galegos of Centerville, UT, Dr. Melissa Milligan (Jeff) of Southington, OH and Travis Greentree (Josie Smith) of Decorah, IA; his stepchildren, Amanda Kerner (Andy) of Postville, IA, Mikael of West Union, IA and Adam Bjerke of West Union, IA; his grandchildren, Nick Miner (Emily), Chelsea Watts (Chris), Emily Wadsworth (McKay) and Ashlee Galegos; his stepgrandchildren, Mitchell and Ryan Guese; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Penny, Talmadge Miner, Calvin and Ayzlin Watts; his brothers, Gene Greentree (Sherry Ann) of Mt. Victory, OH and Jay Greentree (Jean) of Rochester, MN; and his mother-in-law Shirley Duvel of Waukon, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
