He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lea Ann VanVliet of Decorah, Eric VanVliet of Decorah and Suzanne Rowe (Ron) of Whitehall, MT; his siblings, Gary Whittle (Carol) of Harpers Ferry, Alan Whittle (Carmen) of Decorah, Eileen Curtin (John) of Lansing and Bonnie Wagner (Ray) of Lansing; and his brother-in-law Roger Stock (Linda Manning) of Waukon.
