He is survived by: his wife Mary Sweeney of Waukon; his children, Darcy Welsh (Joe), Deb Regan (DJ), Vicky Behrend (Herb), Jim Nagel (Connie) and Jody Regan (Bob); his grandchildren, Matt Welsh (Sarah), Mark Welsh, Seth Beisker (Mullen), Cody Beisker (Megan), Josh Regan, Joe Regan (Abby), Bill, Alex Behrend, Brent Regan (Brooke), Blake Regan (Katelyn), Brandon Regan (Viviana), Leah Welsh, Audrey Regan Leavitt (Harry), Nicole Decker (Desmond), Marissa Anderson (Ian), Miranda Nagel (Spencer) and Hailey Regan (Devin); and his brother Don Nagel (Connie) of Waukon. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
