It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Byrnes of Waukon, Iowa, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Eleanor Byrnes (Link); and his siblings, Edna Byrnes Barrell, Lorna Byrnes Wilson, Leo Francis Byrnes and Betty Byrnes Brandt.
He is survived by: his sister Loretta Tressel of Richfield, MN. He is also survived by 18 nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
