He is survived by: his wife Katie Baxter of Waukon; his children, Joseph David Weipert (Rachelle Sutherland) of Alberta and Kimberly Lynn Weipert (Jenna Wheeler) of Vinton, IA; his grandchildren, Daulton and Cashton Weipert; and his siblings, Tom Weipert (Gloria) of North Carolina and Marie Grimes of Florida.
