She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Peter and Lenora May Nierling (Spores); her husband Alfred Lamb; her stepdaughters, Deb Lamb and Gail Taylor; and her siblings, Georgie, Chuck, Bob, David, Kenneth Nierling, Mary Rosendahl and Betty Snyder.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Lamb of Dade City, FL and Chip Lamb (Roxanne) of Lansing; her grandchildren, Ryan Lamb (Felicia), Cody Lamb and Rachel Broad; her stepdaughters, Mary Winkler and Alecia Thomas (Charles); her stepgrandchildren, Dennis Riley, Jay Thorsten (Audra), Loni Melton (Cal), Ashley Norby, Scotty Lee and Charles "Trey" Thomas III; and her siblings, Letha Folsom, Lyle Nierling and Tom Nierling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin-Grau Funeral Home & Cremation Service (202 Allamakee St NW, Waukon, IA 52172). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Mary's Lycurgus Catholic Church (1831 Lycurgus Rd, Waukon, IA 52172).
