It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Palmer of Waukon, Iowa, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In consideration of concerns regarding Covid-19, social distancing and wearing of masks is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Veterans Memorial Hospital Women's Auxiliary, Old West Paint Creek Lutheran Church, or to Robey Memorial Library, all in Waukon.
