He is survived by: his wife Margo White; his children, Jennifer Fahey (Jeremy) of Decorah, Nicole Pladsen (Ted) of Cedar Rapids, Justin Sweeney (Regan) of Waukon and Gina Curtin (Jeremy) of Waukon; his grandchildren, Madilyn, Olivia, Sophia Fahey, Andrew, Isabella, Lillian Pladsen, Stella, Scarlet, Evelyn Sweeney, Cecelia and James Curtin; his siblings, Jan (Lorraine) of Waukon, Joe (Judy) of Waukon, Jerry of Waukon, Jeff (Penny) of Waukon, Jake Sweeney (Beth) of Waukon, Jane Johanningmeier (Steve) of Waterville, IA, Julie Fisk (Curt) of Monona, IA, Joan Manning (Kevin) of Mabel, MN, Judy Lubahn (Randy) of Winona, MN and Jean Ann Dillman (Brian) of Prairie; and his aunts, Darlene Anderson (Andy) of Waukon and Evelyn Burke of Waukon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon, St. Patrick Church Restoration Fund, or St. Patrick School in his memory.
