He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brickman and Laura Brickman (Huebner); his wife LaVon Linda Linder; his daughters, Debra Ann Brickman and Diana Rice (Chuck); and his siblings, Elsie Loomis, Irene Jorgensen (Ray), Erma Gordon (Don), Walter Brickman (Velma) and Elmer Brickman (Lora).
He is survived by: his son David Brickman (Cyndi) of Harpers Ferry, IA; his grandchildren, Pam Dugan (Jason), Michelle Rice (Eric), Carrie Etten (Ryan), Jeremy Harn (Erica), Katie Harn and Chad Brickman; and his great grandchildren, Caidence Brickman, Jack Dugan, Haley, Mason Harn, Alex, Abby Rice, Brenden, Zach, Charlie and Maddox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
