He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Pickett (Utley) and Edwin "Alden" Pickett; his wife Lois M. Dreyer; and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Kay Pickett (Gina) of Milwaukee, WI, Todd David Pickett (Julie) of Eau Claire, WI, Myra Ann Pickett (Cindy) of Boulder, CO and Thomas Alden Pickett (Nikki) of Savage, MN; and his siblings, Eunice Kistner of New Hope, MN, William Pickett (Shirley) of Oakdale, MN and Robert Pickett (Arlouene) of Preston, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that no flowers be given; memorials can be made to The Waukon Music Boosters (PO Box 215, Waukon IA 52172), Robey Memorial Library in Waukon, or your favorite charity.
