He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chic" and Helen Bahr (Miller); his wife Carol Ann Moen; his parents-in-law, Carl and Marian Moen; his siblings-in-law, Ileen Wedo (Louis), Harlan, James Moen and Edward Vlasek; and his nephew Mark Kaeser.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bahr Kugel of Waukon, Jason Bahr (Melissa) of Waukon and Jeffrey Bahr of Onalaska, WI; his granddaughters, Hope, Alexis, Alivia Bahr, Hayley Miller and Willow Kaiser; his siblings, Jeanne Pauly (Peter) of Bellevue, IA, Lori Stevenson (Carl) of Waukon and Stan Bahr (Linda) of Caledonia, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Deloris Vlasek of Cedar Rapids, IA and Darlene Kaeser (Gordon) of Waukon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
