He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland James Burroughs and Elizabeth Mary Becker; his former wife Lorna Rumsey; his children, David Burroughs (Sue), Deborah Wolfe (Steve), Daniel Burroughs and Darren Burroughs (Angie); his wife Lanette Fowler; and his stepdaughters, Carrie Larson (Casey) and Crystal Hughes (Scott). He was also cherished by four children blessed him with 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
