She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Teeling and Christine Teeling (Tovey); her husband Keith Fahey; her son David William; and her brother Edward Teeling.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Burke (Brian) of Dorchester, IA, Laure Weymiller (David) of New Albin, IA, Julie Lubahn (Scott) of Winona, MN, Janice Rattray (Murray) of Round Rock, TX, Marcia Sadler (Don) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Greg Fahey of Waukon, IA, Ron Fahey of Chicago, IL and Renee Thies (Ronn) of Onalaska, WI.; her sisters, Sarah Welsh (Dan) of Waukon, IA, Sheila Link (Bill) of Chicago, IL and Mary Mellick (Tom) of Waukon, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Chapman (Bill) of Tomah, WI and Mary Fahey (Kenneth) of Waukon, IA.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Veterans Memorial Hospital, both in Waukon.
