She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bahr and Margaret Bahr (Helming); her husband Keith Hager; her son Steve; her brothers, Donald Bahr (Elaine) and Charles "Chic" Bahr (Helen); her parents-in-law, Ed and Elsie Hager; her brother-in-law James Hager; and her nephews, Michael Hager and Dennis "Borgie" Bahr.
She is survived by: her friend Bernita Havelick; her sons, Donn Hager (Nancy) of Caledonia, MN and Bob Hager (Kristi) of Waukon; her grandchildren, Shannon Staggemeier (Jeff), Dusty Hager (Kathy), Aubree Peterman (Chris), Alyssa and Alaina Hager; her great grandchildren, Carson, Bentley Hager, Grayson, Renner Staggemeier, Kaden and Kinley Peterman; her siblings-in-law, Ernie Lubahn (Donna) of Waukon and Bonnie Hager of Waukon; and her daughter Jane Regan of Harpers Ferry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
