She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Leon and Marian Heike (Bittinger). She is survived by: her sons, Dan Mathis (Alicia Fink) of Waukon and Craig Mathis of Waukon; her granddaughter Mila; and her sisters, Diana Dudley and Val Heike.
