It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Wandling of Waukon, Iowa, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Danker and Helene Danker (Heitmann); her husband Roy Wandling; her granddaughter Lacey; and her siblings, Frances Danker, Kenneth, John and Al Danker.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Wandling (Toni), Cynthia Fiet (Loren), Carol Wittenberg (Tom), Gene Wandling (Tamara) and Alan Wandling; and her grandchildren, Jesse, Brodie, Denise, Cathie, Amy, Ann, Nicholas, Ryan, Kasey, Rachel, Bryce, Paige and Britney. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials can be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church, PO Box 403, Waukon, IA, 52172, where she had been an active member for 60 years.
