She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shefelbine and Vienna Shefelbine (Wiitala); and her husband Norbert. She is survived by: her children, Larry Meyer (Karen) of Dubuque, Laina Ford (Darrell) of Waukon and Kenneth Meyer (Theresa) of Cedar, MN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
