It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald D. Duggan (Waukon, Iowa), who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Duggan and Harriet Duggan (Curtin); his brother Tom Duggan of Waukon; and his nephew Lance Maly of Medina, MN.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ralph of Prairie; his children, Emily Duggan of Baltimore, MD and Callie Duggan of Centennial, CO; his siblings, Mary Jane Maly of Decorah, IA and Michael Duggan of Seattle, WA; his nephew Sean Duggan of Dunwoody, GA; and his niece Michelle Hanson of Valparaiso, IN..
