He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Cardin of Waukon; his sons, Jim Prouty (Veronica) of Oelwein, IA and Jamie Prouty (Nicole Anibas) of La Crescent, MN; his grandchildren, Jillian, Claire, Ryne Prouty, James, Amanda Anibas, Cole and Morgan Prouty; and his great grandchild Berklee Gage.
